SWEET POTATO MUFFINS
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter ½ cup whole milk
1 egg, lightly beaten ¼ cup raisins
1 cup cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
